UAMS Pediatrics - Head Start Program

UAMS Head Start staff advocates for Head Start families, both in social changes and in helping with immediate needs.  The purpose of this service is is to ensure that every family receives all the information, access to community services, and benefits that they are entitled.  The Head Start staff works with individual families and with the parent group at each center and helps to link families to services and events in their community.
