KIDS FIRST Searcy began in temporary housing in one large room with a local Physical Therapy provider.  Two local physicians, Drs. Staggs and Davidson, voiced interest in building a suitable home for KIDS FIRST and were met with local support from the community.  The clinic was soon filled to capacity and in 2003 an expansion was complete – with a total of 8 treatment rooms, 2 playrooms, offices and other needed amenities. 

KIDS FIRST works in cooperation with local, area and state colleges to provide observation and training to nursing, early childhood and special education students.
