“When I moved to Little Rock, my first impression was of trees, hills, water in a beautiful city that had a big town atmosphere. Less traffic, warm people and a very affordable cost of living is still true 27 years later.”

Chairman, UAMS Dept. of Peds

Meet Your Coordinator
I was born and raised in Little Rock, AR. I was brought home from the hospital as a baby to the same house that I packed and left for college from. After graduating from Centenary College of Louisiana in Shreveport, I returned to Little Rock for a year before getting married in June of 2007. During that year I worked with the UAMS Department of Pediatrics Housestaff Office at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and fell in love. The atmosphere and ideals of UAMS/ACH was something I could only dream of finding as part of my career. My husband and I married and immediately moved to Durango, CO. We enjoyed Colorado very much but after two years of being away we decided we wanted to get back to the South. My first stop was UAMS/ACH. I couldn’t imagine being back in Little Rock and not being a part of this incredible family. I have been blessed with the opportunity to rejoin the Housestaff as their Residency Coordinator. I look forward to working with each and every one of you as we continue this journey together.
